Add a booking form so people can book a table for 2, 4 or 6, Tuesday to Sunday, 12 to 3 and 6 to 10What happens
- Your AI asks only what it can't sensibly assume, then shows you the setup with the defaults it chose, such as closed days and whether you approve bookings first.
- It puts the booking page into your site, in your colours, and makes a test booking before telling you it's live.
- When a customer books, they get a confirmation email with a calendar invite and a link to move or cancel. You get an email too.
- See and manage bookings in your account (site → Bookings), or ask your AI.
Manage bookings by asking
Copy into your AI chat
Who's booked tomorrow?- "Any booking requests waiting?"
- "Add a phone booking for Priya, Thursday 9:30, haircut with Anna."
- "We're closed 24 to 26 December."
- "Move Grace's booking to Friday afternoon."
- "When is Leo free on Saturday?"
- "Book Tom every Tuesday at 5 for 10 weeks." If a date clashes, your AI tells you first and can skip it.
Anything that emails a customer, such as cancelling or moving a booking, is checked with you before it happens.
When you ask to see your bookings, your AI can give you a link straight to the bookings view in your account.
The bookings view in your account
Open the site → Bookings at app.pagelemon.com:
- Today, this week or everything upcoming, grouped by day, with filters by status and staff member.
- Requests wait at the top for Approve or Decline.
- Move, edit or cancel a booking. Tick the box to email the customer the new details.
- Add a phone or walk-in booking, close a day, and mark past bookings as done or no-show.
- Export your bookings as a spreadsheet.
New bookings and requests waiting for you also show on Notifications (the bell at the top), under Bookings, for all your sites at once.
A site has one booking system: for more staff, rooms or services, ask your AI to add them to it rather than adding a second booking page.

Calendars
- Your calendar app: ask for your private calendar feed to see bookings in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
- Busy times blocked: give your AI your calendar's private link, and times you're busy there can't be booked. If that link stops working for more than a day, booking pauses and you're emailed once a day until it's fixed.
