People and plugin limits follow the plan of the site’s owner. Sites you are invited to don’t use your own site slots.
Questions
What happens on a busy day of form messages?
Nothing is lost. You get an email for each new message as it arrives, up to your plan’s daily number (20 on Prompter, 50 on Builder, 100 on Team, 200 on Company). Anything after that comes together in one summary email the next morning, and every saved message is always waiting in the app. Prefer fewer emails? Choose one summary a day instead, or none at all.
Do I need a card for Free?
No. Free is free for as long as you like and needs no card. You can even launch a site without an account; it stays online for 72 hours unless you keep it with a free account.
Why is Free free?
Free sites show a small “Live on Page Lemon” badge. It tells visitors where the site was made, which helps more people find us. Any paid plan removes the badge.
Personal or Business: which do I need?
Personal if it’s you and up to 4 people who help you. Business when more people work on your sites, or the sites belong to a company rather than to you. Team and Company are one price for the whole workspace, with up to 10 or 25 people. Everyone in the workspace shares its sites, domains and every feature.
Do paid plans have different features?
One: booking. Every paid plan gets forms, members-only pages and visit counts. Booking comes only with the Business plans: Team, Company and Enterprise. Otherwise the plans differ only in how much: sites, domains, people, storage and each plugin’s monthly allowance.
Why do I pay for a domain and for Page Lemon?
Your domain is your address; Page Lemon is the house. You buy the address (like yourname.com) from a domain company, called a registrar, and renew it there every year. Page Lemon keeps your site online at that address and lets your AI change it. We don’t sell domains and take nothing from the purchase.
Already own one? Keep it where it is. On any paid plan, ask your AI to connect it: it gives you a link, you click Connect at your domain company, and you’re done.
What happens if I reach a limit?
Your site stays online and nothing is deleted. A plugin that has used its monthly allowance pauses until next month or until you move to a bigger plan. Visitors are never capped.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, any time, in your account. Cancel within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund (once per account and once per card); a yearly plan cancelled within 14 days of its renewal is refunded in full too. After that, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. If you move to a smaller plan, you get 14 days to choose what to keep; after that, the sites over the new limit are frozen (they stay online but can’t be updated) and versions older than the new plan keeps are removed.
Can I try a paid plan first?
Yes: Prompter and Builder are free for 14 days, no card needed. Press Try free for 14 days on either plan. Or, on Free, ask your AI for something a paid personal plan has, like a contact form, visitor details, your own domain or another editor: it tells you which plan that needs and asks before it starts a 14-day trial. Some AI apps send you to this page instead. Add a card any time to keep the plan. If you don’t, you go back to Free when the trial ends: your sites stay online, and 14 days later paid features such as your own domain stop and versions older than 7 days are removed. One free trial per account, email address and card. Until you add a card, a trial includes up to 500 MB of storage. Team and Company have no trial; instead you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment.
Can my site take payments?
Not built in yet. Built-in payments come later. Today, ask your AI to add your own payment link to any page, for example for lesson fees or deposits.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Cancel, or move to a cheaper plan, within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund automatically, once per account and once per card. A yearly plan cancelled within 14 days of its renewal is refunded in full too.
Can I build sites for clients?
Yes. Build the site on your account, share it privately while you work, then hand it over. Your client needs a paid plan to own it, and you can stay on as an editor. How it works.
Are there offers for students and startups?
Yes. Students get Prompter free for a year for non-commercial projects (apply as a student). Startups get Prompter free for 6 months (apply as a startup). No card needed for either.
Can I move my site elsewhere?
Yes. Your site is ordinary files, so any host can serve it. Your AI can download every published file for you. See leaving Page Lemon.
