Plans and billing
Publishing and keeping a few sites is free. Paid plans add your own domain, forms, members-only pages, more sites and longer history, and remove the Page Lemon badge. Business plans add bookings and a shared workspace.

Which plan is for me?
- Free ($0): up to 3 sites on a
pagelemon.devaddress, just you, with a small Page Lemon badge. - Prompter ($6 a month): your own domain, forms and members-only pages, for one person's sites.
- Builder ($20 a month): more sites and domains, and a year of history, for freelancers and busy makers.
- Team ($39) and Company ($79): shared business workspaces with bookings. One flat price per workspace, not per seat.
- Enterprise: custom limits and a named contact. Email support@pagelemon.com.

Free trial
Prompter and Builder are free for 14 days, with no card. There are two ways to start:
- Ask your AI for something only a paid personal plan has, such as your own domain, another editor or members-only pages. It tells you which plan that needs and asks before it starts the trial; say yes and it starts the trial and does what you asked. Some AI apps send you to the pricing page instead.
- Press Try free for 14 days on Prompter or Builder on the pricing page.
Add a card any time to keep the plan. If you don't, you go back to Free when the trial ends. Your sites stay online; 14 days later, paid features such as your own domain stop, sites over Free's limit freeze (they stay online but can't be updated) and versions older than 7 days are removed. One free trial per account, email address and card. Until you add a card, a trial includes up to 500 MB of storage. Team and Company have no free trial.
Upgrade, change plan or cancel
Everything happens in your account at app.pagelemon.com → Plan and billing. Manage billing there lets you cancel, change your card and download invoices. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link.
- Cancel any time. After the first 14 days you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Moving to a smaller plan: your sites stay online. You get 14 days to choose what to keep; then sites over the new limit freeze (they stay online but can't be updated) and versions older than the new plan keeps are removed.
Refunds
If you cancel, or move to a cheaper plan, within 14 days of your first payment, it's refunded in full automatically, once per account and once per card. A yearly plan cancelled within 14 days of its renewal is refunded in full too. You don't need to email anyone. The money reaches your card within 5 to 10 days.
A charge that looks wrong? Email support@pagelemon.com with your account email and the date of the charge.
Team workspaces
Team and Company are shared workspaces: the workspace owns the sites and one subscription, and up to 10 or 25 people edit every workspace site with their own accounts. Everyone shares the workspace's sites, domains and features.
Each workspace has three roles:
- Owner (one person): pays for the workspace and can hand it to someone else. Everything an Admin can do, too.
- Admins: invite and remove people, choose who edits which site (Company), and set the workspace's notifications.
- Members: edit every site. They read form messages, bookings and orders too, unless an Admin turns off Members can read form messages on the workspace page.
Notification emails for workspace sites go to the Owner. Anyone else, members included, gets them only when added as an inbox on the Notifications page. See Co-editors and hand-over.
Students and startups
Students can apply for Prompter free for a year, and startups for 6 months.

Leave or delete your account
- Take your sites with you: each site is ordinary files. Download it from the site's Settings → Download .zip, or ask your AI to download it.
- Delete your account: in your account, Account settings → Profile → Delete account. This deletes your sites, form messages and AI connections, cancels your plan at once and removes you from sites you were invited to. Download anything you want to keep first.
