Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 13 October 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. "We" means Aporia Research Ltd (company number 17518971, registered in England and Wales), London N22 8NL, United Kingdom, the operator of Page Lemon. It applies to everything published on Page Lemon, by you or by an AI agent acting for you.

Not allowed

  1. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual exploitation. Zero tolerance. This includes any indecent image of a child, real, drawn or AI-generated, and any content that grooms, advertises or arranges the abuse of children. When we find it or are told about it, we take the site offline at once and close the account. We report it to the UK National Crime Agency (NCA), and we may also report it to the Internet Watch Foundation. We keep only what the law requires or the authorities ask us to keep, under restricted access, and we do not view, copy or share the material beyond what is strictly needed to remove and report it. Never send us the material itself: send the site address only.
  2. Phishing and fraud. Pages that imitate another person, brand, bank, login page or payment form, or that trick people into giving credentials, money or personal data.
  3. Malware. Hosting or distributing viruses, ransomware, spyware, exploit kits, or links whose main purpose is to infect devices.
  4. Illegal content. Anything illegal where we operate or where it is aimed, including terrorist content, sale of illegal goods, non-consensual intimate images, and content that incites violence.
  5. Pornography and sexually explicit content. Content whose main purpose is sexual arousal, including explicit images, video, animation, AI-generated or written content, and links or embeds whose main purpose is to show it. Sex education, health information, art and news that are not sexually explicit are allowed. We decide what counts, acting reasonably and consistently.
  6. Suicide, self-harm and eating disorders. No content that encourages, promotes or gives instructions for suicide, self-harm or eating disorders. Support, recovery and prevention content is welcome.
  7. Bullying, hate and dangerous challenges. No content that bullies or harasses a person, stirs up hatred against people for who they are, or encourages dangerous stunts or challenges.
  8. Impersonation. Pretending to be a person or organisation in a misleading way, or choosing a site name meant to mislead (for example a bank's name).
  9. Spam. Using sites as landing pages for unsolicited bulk messages, SEO spam, link farms or doorway pages. Don't use Page Lemon notification features to send marketing or unsolicited bulk messages.
  10. Crypto-mining and resource abuse. Scripts that mine cryptocurrency in visitors' browsers, or using Page Lemon as a file locker, CDN for other services, or for traffic that harms the service.
  11. Hosting secrets. Publishing API keys, passwords, private keys or other credentials, yours or anyone else's. Our leak guard blocks uploads that look like they contain secret keys. Don't try to get around it.
  12. Infringing others' rights. Copyright, trademark or privacy infringement, including publishing other people's personal data without a lawful reason (doxxing).
  13. Attacking the service. Probing, scanning or testing our systems without permission (see responsible disclosure below), getting around rate limits or plan limits, or interfering with other users.

What we do

We may remove or disable content, block uploads, retire a site name, or suspend or close an account. For serious cases (CSAM, active phishing or malware) we act first and without notice. We cooperate with law enforcement when legally required.

Telling you why. When we restrict your site or account, we send you a statement of reasons by email. It says what we did, the facts we relied on, the rule or law it breaks, whether automated tools were used to find or decide it, and how to appeal. We leave this out only where the law allows, for example when telling you would help a crime or a police investigation.

Appeals. Reply to that email, or write to support@pagelemon.com from your account's email address, within 6 months. A person who did not make the first decision reviews it, and we tell you the result. You can also use the courts or any out-of-court dispute body available to you.

Reporting abuse

Use pagelemon.com/report or email support@pagelemon.com. This is the one address for all abuse and copyright reports. Please include:

  1. the exact address (URL) of each page, file or site;
  2. why you believe it is illegal or breaks this policy;
  3. your name and email address (you can leave your name out of reports about child sexual abuse or exploitation);
  4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the report is accurate and complete.

We confirm by email that we have received your report. A person reviews it, and we tell you what we decided and how you can seek redress. We aim to act on phishing and malware reports within 24 hours. For child abuse material, send the address only, never the material.

Contact point for authorities and users

Our single point of contact for authorities in the UK and the EU (including the European Commission and the Board for Digital Services), and for users of the service, is support@pagelemon.com. Authorities can write to us in English. Users can also write in any language our website is available in.

If you believe a site infringes your copyright, email support@pagelemon.com with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or a person authorised to act for the owner.
  2. The copyrighted work you say is infringed (or, for several works, a list of them).
  3. The exact Page Lemon address(es) of the infringing material, so we can find it.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner of the right said to be infringed.

We will remove or disable the material promptly and tell the site owner, with a copy of the notice.

Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, email support@pagelemon.com with:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. The material that was removed and the address where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US federal district court for the judicial district of your address or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Page Lemon may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice, or their agent.

We will send a copy of your counter-notice to the person who sent the notice and tell them we will restore the material in 10 business days. We restore it no less than 10 and no more than 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice, unless they first tell us they have filed a court action to stop you infringing.

Repeat infringers will have their accounts closed. False or bad-faith notices may make the sender liable.

Responsible disclosure

Found a security issue? Email support@pagelemon.com. Please don't access other users' data, disrupt the service or publish details before we have fixed it. We won't take legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules, and we will credit you if you wish.
