Page Lemon
Report a site

Seen something wrong on a Page Lemon site?

If a site on Page Lemon is phishing, spreading malware, infringing your rights or breaking the law, tell us. A person reviews every report, and we can take a site offline.

Sites on Page Lemon live at name.pagelemon.dev or on their owner’s own domain. Not sure? Send the address anyway.

What’s wrong?
Email your report

This opens an email to support@pagelemon.com with the details filled in. Please add:

  • the exact address (URL) of each page or file;
  • why you believe it is illegal or breaks our rules;
  • your name (your email address comes with the email);
  • that you believe in good faith the report is accurate and complete.

For child sexual abuse material, you can leave your name out. Send the site address only. Never attach or forward the material.

What happens next

  1. We confirm we got it

    We email you to say we received your report.

  2. We read your report

    A person on our team reviews the site against our acceptable use policy and the law.

  3. We act on serious cases first

    We aim to act on phishing and malware reports within 24 hours. In serious cases we take the site offline straight away, without notice to its owner.

  4. We remove what breaks the rules

    We may remove content, take a site offline, retire its name, or suspend or close the account behind it.

  5. We tell you our decision

    We email you what we decided and how you can seek redress. The site owner gets a statement of reasons: the facts, the rule or law, whether automated tools were used, and how to appeal.

For a copyright notice, include:

  • your physical or electronic signature;
  • the work you say is infringed;
  • the exact Page Lemon address of the material;
  • your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  • a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the work or may act for the owner.

We remove or disable the material promptly and tell the site owner. Notice and counter-notice rules

Your site was taken down?

If you think it’s a mistake, reply to our statement of reasons, or email support@pagelemon.com from your account’s email address, with the site address. For copyright removals, send a counter-notice.
