Forms that email you, with nothing else to sign up for
Ask your AI for a contact, enquiry or sign-up form. It goes on your own page, in your design. Page Lemon receives each message and emails it to you, so you don’t need a separate form or mailing service.
Say to your AI
“Add an enquiry form with name, email, phone and message.”
Why it’s worth having
One less service
No form tool to sign up for, connect and pay for separately. Forms come with every paid plan.
Every message in your inbox
Each message is emailed to you. Hit reply and you’re writing to the person who sent it.
Ask about them later
Messages are also kept for you, so your AI can find them, sum them up or turn them into a list.
“Show me enquiries from the last 2 weeks.”
How it works
Ask for a form
Say which fields you need. Your AI adds the form to your page, styled to match.
Your AI tests it
It sends one test message before telling you the form is live. Tests aren’t emailed to you or counted.
Messages arrive
Each one is emailed to you, with the sender’s address as the reply address.
Ask, sort or export
Ask your AI about your messages, mark them handled, or download them as a spreadsheet.
Kept by default, or kept nowhere
By default Page Lemon keeps your messages so you and your AI can look back at them. If you’d rather we kept nothing, say so: messages are then only emailed to you.
Kept (the default)
Emailed to you and saved in your inbox. Your AI can search them, you can export them, and binned messages are deleted after 30 days.
“Any new form messages?”
Email only
Each message is emailed to you and not saved. Once the email is sent, its text is cleared from our mail queue too. Your AI then has no messages to show you, so keep the emails.
“Don’t keep form messages, just email them to me.”
The details
- In your designThe form is plain HTML on your page, so it uses your fonts and colours. It works without JavaScript.
- Copy in a colleagueAlerts go to your own email. On Team and Company, add extra inboxes and tick what each one gets: form messages, bookings or orders. Each confirms by email before anything is sent to them.
- Simple spam is droppedA hidden trap field, a check that the form was sent from your site, and limits on repeated sending.
- No sensitive fieldsForms refuse card numbers, bank details, passwords and ID numbers. For payments, use a payment link.
- A busy day is handledYou get an email for each new message, up to your plan’s daily number. After that, the rest come together in one summary email the next morning. Nothing is lost. Or choose one summary a day, or no emails.
- Your own thank-youShow your own message after sending, or send people to a thank-you page on your site.
