Lists block · On every plan

Change your menu, events or blog in one sentence

Your AI turns the parts of your site that change into simple lists, and your design never moves. It’s your own AI, so it already knows your menu: say “the soup today is leek and potato” and it knows where that goes.

Once your site is on Page Lemon, ask your AI:

Make the menu on my PageLemon.com site a list I can change by chat

Example: you tell your AI chat “The soup today is leek and potato”. It replies that today’s soup on your menu is now leek and potato, and that your site shows it in a few seconds. Your café’s menu page then shows the new soup at the top of Today, in the same design as before.

Works in the AI chat you already use

How it works

Your AI sets the list up once. After that, a change takes a sentence.

  1. Point at what changes

“Make my menu a list”, or “these posts are my blog”. Your AI turns that part of your site into a list, and one item becomes the pattern for all of them.

  2. Change it any day

Tell your AI what’s new, from your phone between orders. Or open the Lists tab in the app and edit the items in a table.

  3. Your site shows it in seconds

Every page that shows the list updates, in the same design as before. Any change can be undone in one click or one sentence.

A site that stays current by itself

The parts you’d otherwise retype every week, kept as lists.

Set it once, it keeps itself current

Tell your AI the rule once: “post this on Monday at 9”, “show events from today, soonest first”, “the brunch menu only at weekends”. Your site follows it every day. Past events leave at midnight, or when they start if they have a time, and the post goes up at 9 with its own page.

  • Labels and seasons

“Mark Saturday’s class as full.” “Show the mulled wine from 1 December to 6 January.” Labels, offers and seasonal dishes come and go when you say.

  • A blog in your own design

Each post gets its own page, with headings, links and pictures, and search engines are told about it. “Show my newest 3 posts on the home page” keeps your news fresh.

  • Or edit it like a spreadsheet

The Lists tab shows each list as a table. Paste rows from Google Sheets or Excel, see what will change, then say yes. One Undo takes the whole paste back.

  • Form replies and bookings too

What visitors send you shows in the Lists tab as private lists, never on your site. Add your own notes or tags to keep track.

Good to knowLists hold what your site shows, and only you and the people who change your site edit them. For a place where your customers sign in and keep their own things, use Apps. To collect messages or sign-ups, add a form.

Try it live

Bramble Lane, a made-up florist, keeps its bouquets as a list on Page Lemon. Change a price or mark one sold out: the page updates in seconds.

A real demo site: anyone can change it, and it goes back every night.

Plans

Lists come with every plan, Free included, once your site is kept in your account.

  • All of a site’s lists count together.
  • Form replies and bookings don’t count: they have their own limits.
  • A site launched without an account shows its template’s sample items. Keep the site in your account to change them.

Questions

More in the guide: Lists.

Do I need Lists for a blog?

No. A page per post works fine. Lists help when you post often: each post gets its own page from one design, your blog page lists them for you, and you can schedule posts.

Can I keep my lists in a spreadsheet?

Your list lives in Page Lemon. A private link can show it in Google Sheets or Excel, but only one way: changes in your sheet don’t come back. To start from a sheet, paste the rows into the Lists tab. Other tools can add items too: see Use your lists in other apps.

Can visitors add items to a list?

No. Only you and the people who change your site edit lists. To collect messages, sign-ups or bookings, add a form or bookings: what visitors send appears as a private list in the Lists tab. For customers who sign in, see Apps.

Do form replies and bookings count towards my list items?

No. They have their own limits on each plan.

What happens to my lists if I roll back my site?

Rolling back brings back your design and pages as they were, and your lists keep their current items. To take back a list change, use Undo or Changes in the Lists tab, or ask your AI.
