Terms of Service
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Aporia Research Ltd (company number 17518971, registered in England and Wales), London N22 8NL, United Kingdom ("we", "us"), which operates Page Lemon. By using Page Lemon (pagelemon.com, app.pagelemon.com, our API, MCP server and tools, and sites at *.pagelemon.dev) you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Data Processing Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
Contact us at support@pagelemon.com or +44 7554 248 000.
If you use Page Lemon for a company, you confirm you can bind that company, and "you" means the company. If you let an AI agent act for you, you are responsible for what it does with your account or token.
1. The service
Page Lemon publishes static websites you or your AI agent upload, at <name>.pagelemon.dev. Sites are public unless you protect them with a password (where available).
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 to use Page Lemon.
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in and API tokens secret. Tell us at support@pagelemon.com if you think they have been misused.
- You can close your account at any time. We delete your sites and data as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Deleting is permanent. When you delete a site, its content or your account, we can't restore it, so keep a copy of anything you need first. Copies may stay in our backups for a short time while they are removed, but we don't keep them so that we can bring them back.
3. Anonymous sites
You can publish without an account. An anonymous site expires and is deleted 72 hours after it is published unless you claim it into an account using its claim link. Anyone holding the claim link or site token can claim or change the site, so keep them safe. We may limit how many anonymous sites one network can publish.
4. Your content
- You own your content. We claim no ownership of anything you upload.
- Licence to us. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, cache, transmit and display your content only as needed to run, secure and improve the service (for example serving it through our CDN, keeping backups and scanning for leaked secrets or abuse). The licence ends when you delete the content, apart from short-lived backups and copies we must keep by law.
- Your responsibility. You confirm you have the rights to publish your content and that it complies with the law and our Acceptable Use Policy. If your site collects personal data from visitors, you are responsible for that, including your own privacy notice. We process such data only on your behalf.
- Data processing. Our Data Processing Agreement forms part of these terms whenever we process personal data on your behalf, including for sites published without an account.
- Fonts. Templates and AI-made sites may load third-party fonts such as Google Fonts, which sends visitors' IP addresses to Google. As the site owner you can self-host the fonts instead.
- Badge. On free sites we add a small "Live on Page Lemon" link. It has no script or tracking. Paid plans can remove it.
5. Acceptable use and takedowns
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. On Free and trial plans, the Page Lemon badge must stay visible. We may remove or disable any site, block uploads, or suspend or close an account, without notice where needed, if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law, puts people or the service at risk, or if a lawful authority requires it.
- Statement of reasons. When we restrict your content or account, we email you the facts we relied on, the legal or contractual ground, whether we used automated tools to find or decide it, and how to appeal. We leave this out only where the law allows, for example where telling you would help a crime or a police investigation.
- Appeals. You can appeal within 6 months by replying to that email or writing to support@pagelemon.com. A person who did not make the first decision reviews it. You keep the right to go to court.
- Reports. Report illegal content at pagelemon.com/report or support@pagelemon.com. We confirm each report, review it and tell the reporter our decision.
- Contact point. support@pagelemon.com is our single point of contact for authorities and for users. Authorities can write in English; users can also write in any language our website is available in.
6. Plans and billing
- Plans. Free, and the paid plans Prompter (US$6 per month or US$60 per year), Builder (US$20 or US$200), Team (US$39 or US$390) and Company (US$79 or US$790), and Enterprise by agreement. Prices exclude tax: VAT or sales tax is added on top at checkout where it applies. Plan limits are described on our pricing page.
- Free trial. Try personal paid plan features free for 14 days, no card needed. On Free, asking for something only a paid personal plan includes starts a 14-day trial of the lowest personal plan that covers it (Prompter or Builder), once per account, per email address and per payment card. Add a card during the trial to keep the plan; if you don't, you move back to Free when it ends and nothing is deleted. If the card you add has already had a free trial on another account, the trial ends when you add it and the plan is paid from that day.
- Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
- Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. We email you 30 days and 7 days before an annual plan renews, and once a year about a monthly plan, each time with how to cancel.
- Cancellation. Cancel at any time with "Cancel your contract" on the Billing page in the app. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing is deleted: for 14 days every site stays live and editable so you can choose what to keep. After that, sites over the Free limits are frozen: they stay online but can't be updated until you free a slot or upgrade.
- Refunds. Not happy in the first 14 days of your first payment? Cancel and get a full refund: if you cancel, or move to a cheaper plan, within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full automatically, once per account and once per payment card (after a cancellation you move to Free straight away). If the card you paid with has already had this refund on another account, you don't get it again; your legal right to withdraw (below) still applies where you have it. If you are not happy with an annual renewal, ask within 14 days of it and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. Outside that window, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, where we end your plan for a reason that isn't your fault (then we refund the unused part), or where you cancel because of a change described in sections 7 and 11. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Failed payments. If payment fails we will retry and tell you; if it is still unpaid after 14 days we may move you to Free.
Cancelling and your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the UK or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel (withdraw from) your contract with us within 14 days without giving any reason. This is on top of our 14-day full refund above, which usually gives you more. Business customers get the refund above as part of our terms, not this legal right.
- When the 14 days start. The period ends 14 days after the day you take out a paid plan: the day you buy a paid plan, switch from Free to one, or add a card to keep a trial plan. A free trial is not a paid contract.
- Starting straight away. A paid plan starts as soon as you buy it. At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want it to start within the 14 days and that, if you cancel, you pay for what you have used. We confirm this by email.
- How to cancel. Tell us clearly, before the 14 days end. Use "Withdraw from contract here" on the Billing page in the app (it is there for the whole 14 days, and the next step is "Confirm withdrawal"), email support@pagelemon.com, write to Aporia Research Ltd (company number 17518971, registered in England and Wales), London N22 8NL, United Kingdom, or use the model form below (you don't have to). It is enough to send your message before the 14 days end. We confirm by email that we have received it, with the date and time.
- What you get back. We refund the payments you made for this contract without undue delay and within 14 days of the day you told us, to the payment method you used, with no fees.
- What you pay for. Because the plan started at your request, you would normally owe an amount for the days you used it, in proportion to the full price for the period. We don't charge this when our 14-day full refund applies. When it doesn't (for example on a second subscription, because the full refund is once per account), we refund the price minus that amount: the price for the billing period, divided by the length of the period, times the time from the start of your paid period to the moment you told us (worked out exactly, not rounded up to whole days).
- After you cancel. Your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted; sites over the Free limits are frozen after 14 days as described above.
- After the 14 days. You can still cancel at any time with "Cancel your contract" on the Billing page: the plan stops renewing and you keep it until the end of the period you paid for.

Referrals and promo codes
- Invite friends. Every account has an invite link. If someone new signs up through it and pays for any paid plan, you each get account credit: US$10 when their first paid plan is Prompter or Builder, and US$30 when it is Team or Company. The credit is added 15 days after their first payment, once the 14-day refund window has passed, if that payment was not refunded and their plan is still active.
- Who counts. The link must be used when the account is created; we can't add a referral later. You can't refer yourself, another account of yours, or a workspace you are an admin of. You can earn credit for up to 10 friends a year.
- Using credit. Credit comes off your next Page Lemon bills automatically. On Free, we keep it for you and it comes off your first bill when you choose a paid plan. While you are on Free, you can also have one extra live site for each friend whose credit was added, up to three extra sites; on a paid plan your plan's own site limit applies. Credit expires 12 months after you earn it if it hasn't been used, has no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Promo codes. We sometimes give out codes for a discount or a free period. Each code says which plans and billing period it is for, how long it lasts and when it expires; it can be used once per account, and some are for new customers only. A card is still needed for a discounted plan, and when a free or discounted period ends the plan renews at the normal price unless you cancel. Partner codes that give a plan for free last until we end them; we will tell you first, and you then move to Free as after any cancellation.
- Fair use. We may withhold or remove credit or extra sites, or end a code, if it was obtained by abuse (for example fake accounts or self-referrals), and we may change or end the referral programme with notice. Credit already earned stays until it expires.
7. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Page Lemon fast and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we have no service-level agreement unless one is agreed in writing. Keep your own copy of your site's files: we are not a backup service.
We may change features only for a valid reason: to follow the law or a regulator, to fix a security or safety problem, to respond to a change by a supplier we depend on, to stop abuse, or to improve or simplify the service. If a change is material and makes the service worse for you, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies (or as soon as we can, if the reason is legal or security-related). You can then cancel before it applies and we will refund any prepaid unused period. If we shut down the service we will give at least 30 days' notice and a way to download your sites, and refund any prepaid unused period.
8. Liability
- Everyone. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
- If you are a consumer. We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss to a business you run. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for example, to have the service provided with reasonable care and skill, and to a repeat performance or a price reduction if it isn't), and any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
- If you use Page Lemon for business. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in those 12 months and (b) US$100.
9. Indemnity
If you use Page Lemon for business, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs (including legal fees) arising from third-party claims about your content or your breach of these terms or the law. This does not apply to consumers to the extent the law does not allow it.
10. Termination
You may stop using Page Lemon at any time. We may suspend your account or end these terms as described in section 5. We may also end them with at least 30 days' notice for a valid reason: if we stop offering the service or your plan, if the law or a regulator requires it, if you have not paid, or if we can no longer provide the service to you for legal, security or supplier reasons. If we end a paid plan for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund any prepaid unused period. Sections 4 (licence for backups), 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for a valid reason: to reflect a change in the law or regulator guidance, a change to the service or its features, a change by a supplier we depend on, or to make them clearer or fairer. We will post the new version with its date. For material changes, we email account holders at least 30 days before they apply and explain what changes. If a material change is worse for you, you can cancel before it applies and we will refund any prepaid unused period. Changes that are not material, such as clearer wording, apply when posted. Your statutory rights are never reduced by a change.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the UK, you may also bring claims in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of, and may bring claims in, the country where you live. Please email support@pagelemon.com first; most problems can be fixed quickly.
13. General
These terms (with the policies they link to) are the whole agreement between us about Page Lemon. If a part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale, with notice to you. Notices to us: support@pagelemon.com.
Language. These terms are written in English, and the English version is the official one. Any translation of these terms or of other pages on our site is for convenience only. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text applies, except where the law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section takes away your rights under the law where you live, and any doubt about what these terms mean will be resolved in your favour.
