App webhooks
Send what happens in your app to your own tools, such as Zapier, Make, n8n or your own server: a new entry, a user joining or leaving, a comment, a change of paid access.

Send my app's new entries and new users to my Zapier webhookWhat your AI will ask you
- The address to send to: in Zapier, a Webhooks by Zapier trigger with Catch Raw Hook; in Make, a Webhooks module with Custom webhook. Copy its address.
- Which events you want. By default, all of them.
What happens
- Your AI tells you the address, the events and that it sends ids only, and asks first.
- After your yes, it adds the webhook and sends a test event marked as a test.
- Your AI never sees the signing secret. To check that each delivery really comes from Page Lemon, open the site's Apps tab → Webhooks in the Dashboard and choose Roll secret: the secret is shown once there. Paste it into your receiver.
What gets sent
- Ids only, by default: what happened and which user, list, entry or comment. No names, emails, entries or files. Your tool looks up anything else itself.
- Entries only if you turn them on, in the Dashboard: the site's Apps tab → Webhooks, list by list, after confirming it's you with a code, and with a statement that the address is yours or your processor's and that your privacy notice covers it. The user's email address is a separate tick. Your private notes are never sent. Your AI can't turn this on for you.
A failed delivery is tried again for up to a day. After 3 days without success the webhook pauses and you get an email; Turn on again in the Dashboard resumes it. The Dashboard also shows the last 30 days of deliveries (never their content), and lets you send a test, roll the secret or remove the webhook.
Recipes
- A new user joins your newsletter (Mailchimp, Kit): send the "user joined" event to a Zapier Catch Raw Hook trigger, then add your newsletter tool's "add subscriber" step. The user's email is only sent once you tick it in the Dashboard (above); your newsletter's own confirmation email still applies.
- An email from your own Resend or Postmark account: the webhook goes to Zapier, Make or your server, which sends the email with your Resend or Postmark key. That key stays in that tool, never in your site.
- A background job (Trigger.dev, Inngest, n8n): the webhook starts your job at its web address; the job can put its result back in one of your lists with an API key.
