What happens when someone sends a quote request?

It’s emailed to you straight away, with every answer under its question. Hit reply to write back, or call the number they gave. Each request is also kept in the Page Lemon app.

Can customers send photos of the job?

The form takes words, a phone number and a preferred time. Ask them to reply to your email with photos, or say “send photos to” and your address on the quote page.

Will spam fill my inbox?

Simple spam is dropped before it reaches you, and a human check switches on if a form starts getting it.

Can I show reviews?

You can quote reviews customers have given you, with their permission. Write them as they said them, and link to your Google reviews too.

Will people find me on Google?

A clear page per service and the areas you cover help most, with your Google Business Profile. On a paid plan a new site can be listed straight away. See getting found.

Can I change my prices or areas from my phone?

Yes. Tell your AI in the chat app on your phone, “Add Wood Green to the areas”, and the site updates in seconds.

Can my colleague update the site?

Yes. Invite them as a Site Developer and they change it from their own AI.

Can I take a deposit?

On a paid plan you can add a Buy button with a Payment Link from your own Stripe account, for a fixed amount such as a call-out fee.
