Page Lemon vs Wix

Wix gives you its own editor, its own AI and an app market. Page Lemon puts sites you make with your own AI online, and lets you change them by asking.

Page Lemon: In the AI chat you already use
Wix: In Wix’s editor, from a template, or with Wix’s AI site builder.

Why people switch from Wix

Prospective customers who use Wix have told us they want to put a site their AI made online, or to run more than one small site on one plan.

Page Lemon fits if

You already made a site with Claude, ChatGPT or another AI
You run more than one small site: each Wix plan covers one site
You’d rather ask for a booking form than set up an app
You want to download your files and leave whenever you like

A café owner who made a menu site in ChatGPT and wants table bookings
Publish the site you already have, then ask your AI for a booking form on a Page Lemon Business plan. On Wix you would rebuild the site in its editor first.
A freelancer looking after three small client sites
One Page Lemon plan covers several sites, with custom domains up to your plan’s allowance. On Wix, each site needs its own plan.

Side by side

Topic	Page Lemon	Wix
How you build	With the AI you already use: Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or another AI app.	In Wix’s editor, from a template, or with Wix’s AI site builder.
Changing it later	Ask your AI in plain English. Earlier versions are kept, and you can go back with a sentence. How far back depends on your plan.	In the Wix editor or dashboard.
Free plan	Yes, on a Page Lemon address with a small badge. No card needed.	Yes, on a Wix address with Wix branding.
How plans are priced	One plan covers several sites, with custom domains up to your plan’s allowance. See plans.	One plan per site.
People who can edit	Several people can edit on every paid plan, for one flat price, not per person.	Collaborators, with more on higher plans.
Forms, bookings and members	Forms, a members-only site and visit counts on every paid plan. Locking only some pages on Builder and up. Booking on Business plans. All added by asking your AI.	Booking and scheduling on its higher plans. An app market for more.
Selling online	Not yet. Page Lemon is for sites that inform and take enquiries, not for online shops.	Online stores on its higher plans.
Taking your site elsewhere	Your site is plain files: download the whole site as a .zip from the app any time. Static files can move; forms, booking and members-only features need replacement services.	Wix sites run only on Wix’s servers, so to move you rebuild the site.

Every paid Page Lemon plan has forms, a members-only site and visit counts; locking only some pages starts on Builder. Booking comes with the Business plans (Team, Company and Enterprise). Plans differ in sites, domains, people and monthly allowances. See all plans.

Moving from Wix

Open your Wix site and copy the text from each page. Save the images you want to keep.
Paste it into your AI and ask: “Make me a website with these pages.”
Say “Launch my site on PageLemon.com”. Check it on the secure link you get back.
When you’re happy, connect your domain on a paid plan, then cancel Wix.

You can try this on the free plan first. Your Wix site stays live until you switch your domain. Step by step: connect your own domain. Want a fresh design? Start from one of our templates.
