The difference is in the edit

Say something.
Mean it.

You know your business inside out. Your reader does not. I look for the useful thought hiding behind the big words.

Before the edit

“We provide innovative garden solutions for modern lifestyles.”

“A garden that fits
the way you live.”An illustrative edit. Less to read; more to understand.

How to hire me

Three steps.
No long run-up.

A good working relationship starts with a straightforward conversation.

  1. Send me the outline.

Send a link, a rough outline and your deadline. A few honest sentences are plenty.

  2. Agree the shape of it.

We talk for 20 minutes. I send a scope, a fixed fee and a schedule.

  3. Make room for good words.

I write, we discuss, I refine. Two rounds of revisions leave you with copy you can use.

One person, paying attention

Hello.
I’m Elin.

A copywriter with an editor’s eye and a soft spot for small businesses with strong ideas. Based in Merrowby; usually asking one more question.

A bit about me

Before you ask

A few useful
answers.

Do I need a finished brief?

A link, a problem and a deadline are enough. We can work out what needs writing together.

Can you work with my designer?

Yes. I can write into a wireframe or work alongside your designer. We agree who does what.

What happens if the scope changes?

I flag changes before extra work. You agree the revised cost and timeline before we continue.
