Send your dates
Use the form, or email us. Nothing is held until we confirm.
We confirm by email
We check the calendar and email you the confirmed dates and a link to pay the deposit.
Pay 30% to confirm
The deposit holds your nights. It is 30% of the stay total.
Pay the balance
Due six weeks before arrival. For bookings made less than six weeks before arrival, the full amount is due when we confirm your dates. We remind you by email.
Arrival details
We email your arrival details the week before your stay.

We do not take card or bank details by email or on this form. Read the cancellation terms before you book.

Tell us when you would like to come. We reply within two working days.

Minimum three nights outside July and August. In July and August, stays run Saturday to Saturday for seven nights.

Once we confirm

After confirming your dates, we email the deposit amount and your payment link.

Your deposit is 30% of the stay total. It confirms your dates. The balance follows six weeks before you arrive.
