What the cottage has
Four things to know before you book
Everything here is ready when you arrive. The rest is a short walk away.
-
01
A woodburner
Logs and firelighters are in the basket by the stove, and the living room is warm within the hour on a cold night.
-
02
An enclosed garden
A fenced lawn with a table for four and a bench under the wall. The gate latches from inside, so a dog can run free.
-
03
Dogs welcome
One dog per stay for £20. A dog bed, two bowls and a towel are in the hall cupboard, and the sofa has a throw for muddy paws.
-
04
Three minutes to the harbour
Walk down Staithe Lane to the quay in about three minutes. The Lantern Room pub and the bakery are on the way back.
Inside
An open-plan living room and a kitchen equipped for four
The living room opens onto the kitchen, with a dining table for four under the window. The oven is electric, the hob is induction, and the dishwasher is the one you will use most.
