How we handle your information
This page explains what this website does with your information. It is written in plain words, and it covers the bus, the pitches and the pre-order and hire enquiries.
Who we are
Gochu Bus is run by Hana Seo-Whitcombe and Joel Whitcombe from Lockkeeper’s Yard, Thornwick QX2 7HB. You can reach us on 07700 900 731 or at hello@gochubus.example.com.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which is the only outside service the pages use.
Phone, text and email
If you call, text or email us, we keep your messages and details for as long as we need them to answer you, and no longer than twelve months unless you ask us to keep them for longer.
Pre-orders and private hire
Pre-orders and hire enquiries are sent to us by phone, text or email. We use your name, email address and order or event details only to prepare your food or reply to your enquiry.
Online forms
When you send a pre-order or a hire enquiry through a form on this site, we use the details you enter to take your order or reply to you. We keep them for as long as we need them for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@gochubus.example.com and we will reply within a month.
Changes
If we change how this website or our forms work, we will update this page. Last updated 21 October 2026.
