We bring the bus, the hatch, the fryers and our serving team: two of us up to 120 guests, four above that. Guests eat from the hatch while the bus sits in the corner of your venue.

What comes with the bus
Plates through the hatch, no kitchen needed
The bus is self-contained. We cook at the hatch, so your venue needs a level spot about 6 metres by 3, and a 16-amp hook-up. If there is no power, we bring a quiet generator.

Questions before you book
How far will you travel?
We are based in Thornwick and travel across the region. For a wedding further away, ask us and we will quote the travel with the price.
Can you do a dietary mix?
Yes. The full hatch and whole bus menus include a vegan bao for every guest, and we can add tofu bao to the bao and chicken menu. We label every dish at the hatch.
How much notice do you need?
Send your date as early as you can. We book the bus on a first come basis, so the sooner we hear from you the better your chance of the day.
