Five people are paid or elected. Around 140 volunteers do the work. Trustees serve three-year terms and take no fees.

Runs day-to-day programmes and the staff team. Ask about partnerships, schools and workshop hours.
Dev Kapoor
Treasurer
Chartered accountant on a voluntary basis. Signs off every grant payment with a second trustee.
Volunteering
Most people start on a Saturday shift in the bike workshop, the kitchen or a reading club. Training takes two evenings. Volunteers receive a reference after six months, on request.
