If you email or call us
We keep your name and contact details to answer your message, then delete them after 12 months unless you are a volunteer or grant applicant. Volunteers and grant holders have their own records, held under our data policy.
If you send a form
Forms on this site send your answers to the trust office. We keep them for 12 months and never sell or share them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email grants@example.com.
