Do I need a card to start?

No. The 14-day trial on Team starts without one, and Starter never asks for a card.

Can staff see each other's pay?

No. Pay and hours are visible to managers only. Staff see their own rota, their own time and the shared inbox.

What happens to our data if we leave?

You can export everything as a CSV or a zip of invoices at any time. We delete the account and its data within 30 days of your request.
