Shift swaps you can approve from your phone

Staff request a swap; the manager approves in one tap from the inbox.
Swaps respect each person's agreed hours, so nobody goes over by accident.
Fixed: swapped shifts sometimes kept the old colour on the rota grid.

Reminders on a schedule you choose

Invoice reminders go at 7, 14 and 30 days, or whatever you set per client.
Each reminder is written from the invoice, so it names the amount and the job.

Par levels move up when you use more

Par levels can update from the last six weeks of use, if you switch the option on.
Stock alerts now say how many days of cover are left, not only the count.

Quieter notifications at night

Notifications pause between 22:00 and 07:00 unless a shift starts within two hours.
Fixed: the monthly export missed the last Friday of some months.

Shared inbox threads attach to the job

A message can be attached to a shift, a delivery or an invoice, and the history stays with it.
New starters can read the threads for the jobs they are rostered on.
