Questions people ask before paying
Do my staff pay anything?
No. Team members download the app or get texts for free, on every plan. You pay per location, that’s all.
What happens after the 30 days?
We email you a week before. If you do nothing, your rotas stay readable but you can’t publish new weeks until you choose a plan.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, any time from settings. Upgrades start straight away; downgrades start on your next bill.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay monthly by card or Direct Debit and can cancel at the end of any month.
Do you help us move from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Send us your current rota as a spreadsheet or a photo and we’ll set up your team and roles before your first week.
