Terms of service

1. Your account

An editor creates a team account and accepts these terms for the team. Editors are responsible for who they invite and for keeping sign-in details safe. Guests who join a board by link agree to the fair use rules below.

2. Your boards

Everything your team puts on a board belongs to you. You give us permission to store, display and copy it only as needed to run Muster for you. We do not use your boards to train software or sell them to anyone.

3. Fair use

Do not use Muster to break the law, to harass anyone, or to upload material you have no right to share. Do not try to get around plan limits or interfere with other teams' boards. We may suspend a board that breaks these rules and will tell you why.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are charged per editor, monthly or yearly in advance, in pounds sterling plus VAT. The Studio trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. We give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then drops to Scribble. Boards beyond the free limit become read-only, and nothing is deleted. If you close the account instead, you can export everything for 30 days before we delete it.

6. Service and liability

We aim to keep Muster available around the clock and post incidents on our status page. Support answers by email, Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 UK time. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

7. Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email every editor 30 days before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
