A price list that grew by accident
You added plans as sales asked for them. Nobody can say which plan a buyer should pick, or why the top one exists.

I am Rosalind Achebe-Thorne. I spent twelve years in SaaS pricing, four of them as head of pricing at Teasel Software. Now I sit with founders and product leads for one paid session: one question, a clear answer, and a page you can change.
Who it is for
01
You added plans as sales asked for them. Nobody can say which plan a buyer should pick, or why the top one exists.
02
You are changing what you charge next quarter. You want the numbers and the page to agree before customers see either.
03
Retainers, day rates and fixed projects price differently. We set the packaging so the cheapest option still feels like a choice.
What you leave with
Every session ends with something written down that your team can change, test or argue with.
The three sessions
Each session is paid when you book. Prices are in pounds sterling.
£240
What you get
One product or pricing page, read line by line: plan names, limits, price points and the upgrade path. You leave with a marked-up copy and the three changes I would test first.
Who it is for
A founder or product lead with a live price list, and a sales team that keeps asking which plan to sell.

“I came in with a price rise and a spreadsheet. We left with a page I could explain to our board in two minutes.”
“The deep-dive was half a day, and the written summary came three working days later. We are still working from it.”
