Pricing and packaging · software companies and agencies

One hour on your pricing page. Three changes to test.

I am Rosalind Achebe-Thorne. I spent twelve years in SaaS pricing, four of them as head of pricing at Teasel Software. Now I sit with founders and product leads for one paid session: one question, a clear answer, and a page you can change.

  • 12years in SaaS pricing
  • £240for a one-hour teardown
  • 48 hfree cancellation before a session

Who it is for

Three situations where a session pays back

01

A price list that grew by accident

You added plans as sales asked for them. Nobody can say which plan a buyer should pick, or why the top one exists.

02

A new plan, a new unit or a price rise

You are changing what you charge next quarter. You want the numbers and the page to agree before customers see either.

03

An agency selling expert time

Retainers, day rates and fixed projects price differently. We set the packaging so the cheapest option still feels like a choice.

What you leave with

Work you can use on Monday

Every session ends with something written down that your team can change, test or argue with.

  • A marked-up pricing pageEvery plan line checked against what buyers actually compare.
  • A packaging mapWhich plan holds which limit, and the reason each limit sits there.
  • Three price tests to runEach with a measure, a sample size and a date to read the result.
