Book a stall, on the green
Craft, produce, plants, books and cakes. Forty pitches, six of them for food. Pitches are given out in the order the requests arrive, so send yours early.

Double pitch
3 m × 6 m. Room for a gazebo and a rail of clothes or a plant stand.

Food pitch
3 m × 3 m with a power point, for hot food, drinks and cakes. Six available.

Includes power. Food hygiene rating of 3 or higher.
Before you come
Five rules, all short
- Set up between 8am and 10:30am. No vehicles on the green after 10:30am.
- Bring your own table and cloth. Gazebos must be weighted with at least 10 kg each leg.
- Public liability insurance of at least £5 million. Send a copy with your request.
- Food stalls send their food hygiene rating and a list of allergens.
- Pack down by 5:30pm and leave the pitch clean. Bins are by Gate B.
