Dog show on the green
Best in show, waggiest tail and a class for dogs who would rather be somewhere else. Judging is by the bandstand; entries are on the gate, £1 a dog.

A tombola, a tea tent, a dog show and the Silver Band on the green. Entry is free, stalls start at £15, and every pound raised goes on the village hall roof.

Craft, produce, plants and cakes. Pitches go in the order the forms arrive, and food stalls need a hygiene rating of 3 or higher.

Gate and tickets, tea tent shifts, set-up crew and a first-aid point. Most jobs are two or three hours.
