Here is what happens to your information when you browse, order, write or visit.
Shop candlesNo cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Each page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page opens.
When you order
We use your name, email address and delivery address to take your order, send the dispatch email and deliver your candles. We send you a payment link from our payment provider, so this site never sees your card details.
When you email or call
We use what you send us to answer your question, arrange a return or reply to a shop or wedding enquiry. We keep correspondence for two years and then delete it. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
If you use a form
We use the information you enter to reply to your request. Form messages are stored securely by the website’s form service and shared with the studio. Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or how long we keep your information.
Delivery partners
Your name and address go to our courier so they can deliver your order, and to nobody else for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing orders@fernhollow.example.com. If you are not happy with how we handle them, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
