UK delivery is £4.50, free on orders over £45. Collection from Studio 3 is free and runs on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00.

UK delivery
Sent with a tracked courier, £4.50.
Orders are packed by hand within two working days. Delivery across the UK costs £4.50, and it is free on orders over £45 before delivery. You will get a dispatch email with the tracking details, and most parcels arrive one to three working days after dispatch.
We do not ship outside the UK yet. Email orders@fernhollow.example.com if you would like a candle sent abroad, and we will tell you what is possible.
Returns
Return within 14 days, unused.
You can return an unused, unburnt candle within 14 days of delivery, in its original packaging. Email orders@fernhollow.example.com with your order number, and we will reply within two working days with return details.
If a jar arrives damaged, email within 48 hours with a photo of the jar and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it.
Candle care and safety
Burn it safely, and it will burn well.
- Trim the wick to about 5 mm before every burn. A long wick smokes and flares.
- Burn for four hours at most at a time. Let the candle cool for an hour before you light it again.
- Give the first burn time. Let the wax pool reach the edge of the jar, so the candle does not tunnel.
- Use a flat, heat-resistant surface, away from curtains, shelves, draughts and pets.
- Never leave a lit candle unattended, and blow it out before you leave the room.
- Handle the jar with care. Stoneware holds heat for a long time, so let it cool before you move it or wipe it.
- Keep candles out of reach of children, and keep matches and lighters away from them too.
