When can I try it?
We haven’t set a public launch date. We plan to start with a small pilot, then invite more teams as the review workflow improves. Joining the waitlist means an email when there is a place, not a guaranteed position.
Does it record our meetings?
The planned first version uses your own voice recap after a meeting. It won’t join calls or record other people in the background. If you upload a recording that includes someone else, you need their permission.
How reliable are the minutes?
AI can miss a name or misread a decision. The intended workflow always includes a review step. Check the draft against what happened before sharing it; don’t use it as a substitute for a formal record or professional advice.
What happens to uploaded audio?
We are still choosing the processing and storage approach. Before beta invitations, we’ll publish the providers, retention periods and deletion controls. This public site has no audio upload and collects no audio.
Which languages will you support?
We’re designing the first pilot for English-language recaps. Other languages are on the research list. We won’t claim support until we have tested the draft quality with people who speak the language.
Does my team need another app?
The first version is planned for modern web browsers. Reviewed minutes will copy as plain text, so recipients can read them in your existing chat or documents without a Tallynote account.
Will joining the waitlist cost anything?
No. There is no payment or subscription on this site. The pricing page shows our proposed launch offer. We’ll confirm the prices and terms before anyone chooses a paid plan.
How do I leave the waitlist?
Reply to any waitlist email asking to leave. We’ll remove your contact from the list. For now, joining opens your email app and sends a message directly to us.
A QUESTION WE MISSED?

A founder will read it. If it helps the next person, we’ll add the answer here.
