Our prototype sometimes turned a vague “next week” into a firm date. We’re changing the draft layout so uncertain deadlines sit under open questions. A tidy note is no use if it quietly changes what someone said.
We have a local prototype that turns one uploaded voice note into an editable sheet. It still needs work on names and speakers. We’re keeping the review step large and obvious rather than hiding it behind a send button.
DECISION / 001
Leave the meeting alone.
We chose after-meeting recaps over a bot that joins calls. The idea is simple: let the person who was there decide what matters. That gives us less audio to process and gives the team more control.
THE FIRST PAGE / 000
One messy notebook.
Ada brought a notebook full of meetings with no clear owners. Ravi brought voice notes nobody had listened to twice. We started sketching something between the two: a spoken recap with a useful written end.
NEXT / IN PENCIL

THE NEXT DRAFT NEEDS YOU
A draft gets better with other eyes.
Join the waitlist to hear when a pilot place opens. We’ll ask about your note-taking, then show you what we have.
