The short version: this website sets no cookies and collects no personal data just by being browsed. Anything you send me is used only to arrange your sessions and reply to you.

Browsing the site
Reading the pages does not ask you for anything. This site sets no cookies and includes no tracking or analytics tools.
Calling or emailing
If you call or email, I use what you share to answer your question or arrange a session. I keep it for 12 months after our last contact, then delete it, and I do not add you to a mailing list.
Other services
The page fonts load from Google Fonts on every page, which sees your IP address. Map directions open in a map service only if you tap them. Those services have their own privacy policies. No map or social feed is embedded on this site.
What not to share on this website
Please don’t share details about your health, your history or other sensitive matters through the forms or by email. Those conversations happen on the call or in session, where they belong.
Counselling records
Notes from sessions are kept separately from this website, stored securely and kept confidential, as explained on the how I work page.

Booking and enquiry forms
When the booking or contact form is switched on, I collect the details you type in: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the time you ask for, your preferred contact and the topic you choose (intro call, fees, access to the room, changing an appointment or something else). I use them to arrange the call and reply to you. I keep these details for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them.
