The same fee applies in person and online. The intro call is free, and you are never charged for a conversation about whether we fit.
Lower-cost place
A few places are held at a lower fee, so cost does not decide whether you come. Ask when you book or on the intro call.

Lower-cost places
Cost should not stop you coming.
I keep a few places at the lower fee each year. There is no form to fill in. Lower-cost places are £35. Ask on the intro call, and I will tell you honestly whether one is free.
The intro call
Free, and not a commitment.
The first 20 minutes cost nothing. You can ask about fees, the lower-cost place and how I work before you decide anything.
Cancelling and missed sessions
Give me at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or move a session, and there is no charge.
If you cancel with less notice, or do not attend, the full fee is due unless we agree otherwise. If you are unwell on the day, tell me as soon as you can, and we will talk about what to do next.
How to pay
Payment is by bank transfer, after each session. I send an invoice by email with the date, the fee and my bank details, and you pay within seven days, quoting the reference on the invoice.
Bank details are only ever sent by email. They are never asked for on this website.
I can send a receipt for your records if you ask.
