Scent notes

Scent notes, written the way we smell them

Each candle has a top note you notice first, a heart that holds the room, and a base that stays on the wick to the end. Burn times are for a fresh jar in a still room.

Warm · Woods

Ember

A dry, smoky cedar that softens into orange peel. The pepper arrives late and lingers.

Top
Orange peel, pink pepper
Heart
Smoked cedar, clove
Base
Amber resin, vetiver

45 hours in a 220 g jar

Best in a living room in the evening, or a hallway you want to feel warm.

Green · Clean

Fennel & Salt

Green and bright, with a salt note that makes the fennel feel clean rather than sweet.

Top
Green fennel, lemon zest
Heart
Sea salt, pale linen
Base
White musk, cedar wood

45 hours in a 220 g jar

Works in a kitchen or a bathroom, and in the room where you start the day.

Woody · Fresh

Cedar tin

Cedar with a bergamot lift and a deep vetiver base. It throws well for a small tin.

Top
Bergamot, black pepper
Heart
Cedar, cypress
Base
Vetiver, sandalwood

22 hours in a 90 g tin

Good for a desk or a bedside table. The tin is a pencil pot once the wax is done.

Soft · Milky

Oat & honey soap

A gentle milky note from ground oats and honey, with a touch of lemon peel on top.

Top
Lemon peel
Heart
Oat, honey
Base
Soft musk

110 grams per bar

Use it at the basin. The scent stays light on skin and fades in a few minutes.
