Who is responsible

Dara Whitlock Coaching, Anvil Works, 18 Forge Street, Ketterby QS4 6DN, decides how your information is used (the controller). Page Lemon hosts this site, runs the sign-in and stores your programme, workout log, check-ins, Dara's replies and gym visits for us as our processor.

What we collect

  • Your email address, to invite you and sign you in.
  • Your plan and its payments. Payments go through Stripe, which takes your card details. We never see or store a card number.
  • Your programme: the sessions for each day, the exercises, and the targets for sets, reps and load in kg.
  • Your workout log: date, session, main exercise, sets, reps, load in kg, effort from 1 to 10 and any note.
  • Your weekly check-ins: sessions done, the hardest session, one win and what should change, with their status and Dara's written reply.
  • Your gym visits (Hybrid): the day each time your code is scanned at the door, and who scanned it. Your first name shows to the person scanning.
  • Sign-in records (when and from which browser), to keep your account safe.

We keep to training. We do not ask for body measurements or body weight, photos of bodies, sleep, diet, calorie or health records, or injury details. Please leave those out of your notes. Clients must be 18 or over.

Why

To deliver the coaching you bought and to plan your sessions ([legal basis, for example: our contract with you]).

Who sees it

You see your own programme, log, check-ins, Dara's replies and gym visits. Dara sees all of them. [Who else sees them, for example: our payment provider sees only your plan and payments].

How long we keep it

[For example: your workout log and check-ins for the length of your membership and 1 year after it ends; invoices for 6 years, as UK tax rules require]. When you leave, your check-ins and workout log are deleted, except records we must keep by law, which we tell you about.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object. Write to [privacy email]. You can also complain to [your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK].
