Seasonal kitchen & neighbourhood table

Wexcombe, England

Sorrel

A little bistro.
A lot of season.

Good things, in their own time.

A table for
the season.

Whatever’s good in the field, something warm from the oven, a glass poured with care. Simple pleasures, properly made.

People, before produce

Nell Dacre with her autumn vegetables

Dacre Fold

Nell & the good earth.

Nell grows our squash and late tomatoes. What arrives in her crates writes the first half of our menu.

Then there’s the butter from Mallow Dairy, and pears picked at Wren Orchard. A small circle of people; a generous range of flavours.
