Vintage is sold as described and photographed. Here is what happens when a piece is not right for you, or not as we said it was.

Changed your mind?
UK distance-selling rules give you 14 days from delivery to send anything back for any reason. Post it at your cost, in the same condition it arrived. We refund within five working days of it reaching us.
Something not described?
Every flaw we can see is in the listing. If a piece has a fault we did not describe, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We refund postage and then either refund the piece or swap it, your choice.
What we cannot take back
- Anything worn, washed or altered after delivery, unless it has a fault we did not describe.
- Pieces returned after 14 days, unless they were faulty when they arrived.
- Postage on change-of-mind returns, which is yours to pay.
