How to get a free food parcel from us

You do not need a referral to come in. Turn up on an opening day, say who is in your home, and take a parcel away with you.

Shelves stocked with tins, pasta and cereal

What to bring

Nothing is needed to get a parcel on your first visit. If you have these, bring them, because they make the queue shorter.

  • Your name and address, said out loud or written on the sheet at the desk.
  • How many people you feed, including children and anyone who lives with you part of the week.
  • Any allergies, diets, or baby food and formula needs.
  • A bag or trolley. We have a few to lend if you forget.

What you get

3 days

Of cupboard food

One parcel lasts about three days for one adult, with tins, pasta, rice, cereal and long-life milk.

Toiletries

Once a month

Soap, shampoo, toothpaste and sanitary products, on the first opening day of each month.
