1. Using Orbit
You may connect repositories you are allowed to access and invite people in your organisation. You may not use Orbit to monitor people outside your organisation, or resell it without a written agreement.
2. Data we process
We process the repository metadata you connect: commit timestamps, pull request and review events, and deployment statuses. We do not process file contents. Our data processing terms are available on request.
3. Plans and billing
Plans are priced per workspace and billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable tax. We give 30 days' notice of any price change.
4. Ending a plan
You can cancel at any time from the workspace settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period, and Launch remains available afterwards with its 30-day history limit.
5. Service and liability
We aim for 99.9% availability on paid plans and publish incidents on our status page. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim, as far as the law allows.
