Where your data lives
Threads and connected sources are stored in the UK region by default. Business accounts can choose the EU region when the account is set up. Backups stay in the same region as the data they copy.
What we never do
Train models on your threads
Your threads and records are not used to train models, ours or anyone else's.
Sell or share your records
We do not sell, rent or pass your records to advertisers.
Send or change anything alone
Sends, refunds and record changes wait for a person to approve them.

Report a problem
Something looks wrong, such as a draft that cites the wrong source? Tell us and a person reads it within one working day.
Write to hello@example.com and include the draft link. We reply within one working day.
