How Brindle works, from question to sent.

Four steps in one shared thread. Brindle does the reading and the drafting. A person decides what goes out.

Connect only what you choose.

Brindle reads the sources you switch on: a shared inbox, a folder of policies, your order tool. Each source has its own switch and a read-only mode, and you can remove one at any time.

Ask in plain words.

Type a question into the thread or forward an email to your Brindle address. The answer lands in the same thread, so the team sees the question and the reply together.

Shown in the thread

Questions and drafts stay in one place, with the person who asked and the time it was asked.

Read the sources, not just the answer.

Every draft lists the records it used. Open one in a tap to check the detail. When Brindle cannot find an answer, it says so and does not guess.

Honest about gaps

If no policy covers the question, the draft says that and suggests who on the team should decide.

Approve, edit or reject.

Nothing is sent until someone presses send. Edits are logged with the name of the person who made them, so the team can see what changed.

Your team keeps control

Owners and reviewers approve sends. Viewers read the thread and can suggest edits.

What Brindle will not do.

Clear limits are part of the design. These are the things it never does on its own.
