How this website handles your information, and how we use the details you send us to arrange a clean.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking. Its fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your device’s IP address when a page opens. Map links open Google Maps only when you choose them.
When you contact us
If you book a clean or ask a question, we use the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the service you want and your answers about access and pets. We use them only to arrange and confirm your cleans and payments, and to reply.
When you book a clean on this site, the details you enter are sent to us through Page Lemon, which stores them so we can reply and arrange your clean. We use them only to run your bookings. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Who sees your details
Our office team sees your booking details. The cleaner assigned to you sees your name, address, access arrangements and any pet notes, only for the visits you have booked. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else for marketing.
Payments
We never ask for card numbers on this site. Card payments are made on the payment page linked in the email we send you after each clean.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email hello@brightwellclean.example.com or call 01632 960 855.
We keep booking and payment records for six years for tax purposes, and other messages for twelve months. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
