Running order
Six hours, one room. Dinner is served to tables of ten, the auction runs in the middle, and the dancing runs to the last waltz at 00:30.

Doors and drinks
Coats in the cloakroom, a welcome glass in the gallery, and the silent auction open for viewing until dinner.
Dinner
Three courses. Vegetarian and vegan menus are on your table card, and any allergies you told us about are marked on the plate.
Welcome from the Trust
Ruth Abbey, chair of Halden Street Youth Trust, on what the last year paid for.
Youth Club speeches
Two young people from the Trust talk about the music room and the kitchen, with no slides.
Live auction
The auctioneer takes the lots in order. Paddles are on every table and bids are taken from the floor.
Dancing
A band plays until 23:30, then a DJ takes the floor. The last waltz is at 00:30 sharp.
Notes for the night
Dress, timing and the cloakroom
Please aim to be seated by 19:25. Dinner starts with the first course at 19:30 and the room is cleared of stands by 22:00, so the floor is clear for dancing.
Cloakroom is open from 18:30 until 01:00. Please collect coats from the lobby, not from the tables.
