Bring the idea.
A photo or a few words are enough. Tell us what worked last time and what didn’t.
Give us a heads-up.
If you need to move your appointment, call as soon as you can so we can offer the chair to someone else.
Make room for the cut.
Come with clean, dry hair where possible. Allow time afterwards for the mirror check and styling advice.
