Before we pop round
A few useful answers.
Is the estimate my final price?
It’s a guide for an ordinary regular clean. Bathroom count, room sizes and the work needed can change it. We’ll confirm a fixed visit price before you book; any extra work needs your agreement.
Do I need to buy cleaning products?
No. We bring products, cloths and equipment. If a surface needs a specialist product, or you prefer fragrance-free, tell us before the first visit.
Can I change or cancel a visit?
Of course. Please give us 48 hours’ notice. With less notice, up to half the agreed visit price may be charged; we’ll discuss it with you first. There’s no long contract.
When do I pay?
After the clean, by bank transfer. Your invoice shows the agreed visit price and any add-ons you approved.
