Access and parking
Step-free in, dogs welcome
- Step-free access through the side gate from Harrowgate Lane, with a level route to the bar.
- Accessible toilet on the ground floor, next to the bar.
- Dogs welcome in the bar and the garden, on a lead inside. Water bowls by the back door.
- Parking for 14 cars behind the pub, reached from Mill Row. Two blue badge bays by the front door.
The garden
Benches, heaters and lanterns on the fence
The garden seats about 40 at picnic benches. Heaters are lit when the evenings turn, and the lanterns go up for the bonfire supper every November.

Before you come out.
Drinks and food come out to the garden, on a tray.
Smoking is allowed in the garden only.
Family tables are fine until 19:00.
