Who is responsible

[Business name], [address], decides how your information is used (the controller). Page Lemon hosts this site, runs the sign-in and stores your records for us as our processor. Stripe takes payments for Monthly coaching under its own terms.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in, and your first name.
• Your package: its name, sessions included and left, and the use-by date.
• Your sessions: the date, topic, takeaways, next step and a link to the notes.
• Your session requests: the day, time, video or in person, what you want to work on, the status and my reply.
• Your check-ins: what went well, where you're stuck, your question, and my reply.
• Sign-in records (when and from which browser), to keep your account safe.
