Who is responsible

[Business or trading name], [address], decides how your information is used (the controller). Page Lemon hosts this site, runs the sign-in and stores your progress, hand-ins and photos for us as our processor. Stripe takes payments for the full course.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in and tell you about your course.
• Your plan (taster or full course) and, for the full course, payment status from Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
• Your first name, to greet you in the course.
• The lessons you mark as done.
• Your hand-ins: the photo of your painting, the lesson, your note or question, and the tutor's status and written feedback on it.
• Sign-in records (when and from which browser), to keep your account safe.

Why

To give you the lessons you signed up for and give feedback on your hand-ins ([legal basis, for example: our contract with you]), and to keep payment records ([for example: our legal duty to keep tax records]).

Who sees it

You see only your own progress and hand-ins. [Who else sees them, for example: only Nadia, who reads and answers your hand-ins].

How long we keep it

[For example: progress, hand-ins and photos until you leave; payment records for 6 years after the end of the tax year]. When you leave, your progress, hand-ins and photos are deleted, except records we must keep by law, which we tell you about.

Your rights
