Who is responsible

[Club or organiser name], [address], decides how your information is used (the controller). Page Lemon hosts this site, runs the sign-in and stores your log for us as our processor.

What we collect

• Your email address, and your name, to sign you in and greet you.
• Your practice log: the day, what you practised, the minutes and your note.
• Your weekly check-ins: what went well, where you got stuck, your question, any homework photo you add, and the teacher's status and answer. Your weekly goal in minutes and your plan.
• Sign-in records (when and from which browser), to keep your account safe.

Please keep notes to your practice. Don't write anything about your health or other people in them; we never ask for card, bank or ID numbers.

Why

To run the practice log you asked to join ([legal basis, for example: our agreement with you as a club member]).

Who sees it

You see only your own log and check-ins; other members never see them. [Who in the club can see them, for example: only the organiser, to help if something goes wrong].

How long we keep it

[For example: while you are a member, and deleted 3 months after your last sign-in]. When you leave from your account page, your log and check-ins are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object. Write to lucia@calleuno.example.com. You can also complain to [your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK].
