We reply with the total, postage and bank details within two working days.
When the transfer lands, we post it, wrapped in card with a receipt.

Returns
If it is not right.
Records and books: tell us within 14 days if an item arrives not as described. Zines and prints: within 7 days.
Postage on a return is ours if the item was wrong, and yours if it was not.
