Pre-seed round · Mossgrove Ltd
Lorries should leave full. Most grain lorries do not.
Mossgrove plans collections for independent grain co-ops so each load leaves full and on time. Nine co-ops run it through the 2026 harvest. We are raising £850,000 to reach every co-op in the region.

Collections are still planned by phone, the evening before.
A co-op manager rings six growers each evening and guesses which fields will be ready. Lorries leave half empty, or wait at the yard while the grain sits. Drivers lose hours that nobody bills.
Mossgrove replaces the phone round with one schedule that growers can see and confirm.
One schedule, built from the fields.
1
Plan
Growers log crop readiness in the app. Mossgrove groups nearby fields into loads that fill a lorry.
2
Confirm
Each grower gets a time window by text, then confirms or moves it. The manager sees the whole route at once.
3
Track
Drivers mark each pick-up from the cab. A late load flags before the lorry reaches the yard.
Tonnes routed more than doubled from May to August.
Volume rose from 4.1 kt in May to 9.4 kt in August, with the same nine co-ops.

Aoife Amankwah ran dispatch for a grain merchant for six years. Leon Vadas built the routing for a haulage firm before he built this one.
